What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry or book a venue tour, we collect what you type into the form — your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your event. We use it for exactly one thing: answering your enquiry and preparing your event. Your enquiry is stored in our own event-management system, together with the reference number you're shown.
If your enquiry becomes an event, the information you've shared along the way (emails, briefs, requirements) is kept as part of your event's record so our team can deliver what was agreed.
Marketing is opt-in, per channel
The enquiry forms include three separate, unticked boxes — email, WhatsApp/SMS and phone. We record which ones you tick, when, and the exact wording you saw, and we only send marketing on channels you've agreed to. Not ticking a box never affects how we handle your enquiry. To withdraw at any time, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or simply tell us — it takes effect immediately.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets strictly necessary cookies — the minimum needed for security and the enquiry forms' spam protection — regardless of your choice. With your consent we also use analytics to understand how the site is used (our own first-party measurement, plus Google Analytics), and marketing cookies to measure our advertising (the Meta and TikTok pixels and advertising click identifiers). Nothing in either category loads before you agree to it. You choose which of these run, at any time, on the cookie and tracking choices page — declining never affects your enquiry.
What we never do
We don't sell your information. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't tick. We don't put your personal details in web addresses. And spam protection is automated, but decisions about your enquiry are made by people.
Where it lives, and your choices
Your information is stored in our secured cloud database, accessible only to the WH6 events team. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email events@wh6.ae — a person will handle it and confirm what was done.
